Standard Clean
A standard clean usually follows after a house clearance. This is simply a wipe down of all areas of the property so the property can be inspected for repairs work. Having this clean allows you to see what needs replacing or repairing but also helps you keep things that may of looked like they needed replacing. for example a kitchen worktop may look to far gone but we may be able to clean it so that it can stay. This can save you alot of money in the long run.
Pre Let Clean
Pre let cleans are the same as an end of tenancy clean but this is carried out before showing tenants/buyers around or when tenants/buyers are due to move in. This is most suited after works have been carried out to repair the property. A full top to bottom clean is carried out removing all dust and dirt leaving a fresh home ready for tenants/buyers.
Deep Clean
A deep clean is a thorough and comprehensive cleaning service which cleans in more depth then a standard clean. A deep clean is not a quick wipe down, its about removing hidden dirt, germs and bacteria from areas most people overlook. Behind appliances, under furniture and deep into all nooks and crannies. We cover every part of the home from top to bottom.
After Build Clean
An after build clean includes removing dirt, dust and debris. Cleaning floors, walls and windows and disposing of any leftover materials. The purpose of an after build clean is to make the site safe and ready for sale or tenants.
BIO-Hazard Clean
A BIO-Hazard clean is required for a variety of reasons which involve bodily fluids. Typically this service is used for after death, trauma or crime scenes. BIO-Hazards pose a serious health risk as they can carry life threatening viruses like HIV, hepatitis A and hepatitis B. Due to the risks the correct PPE, Cleaning methods and disposal of such waste is required at a high level.
