How the clearance process works

Select a date and time to suit you. We can often arrive within a few days.
3- Our professional team will arrive.
Our team will arrive and begin the work you have requested. You do not need to stick around during the process specially for bereavement clearances as this process can be upsetting.
4- We have finished.
Once we have finished we will then take your items to either be donated or to be recycled at a waste transfer station. We do our best to send zero waste to landfill.

Can you find a missing item whilst clearing the property.
Yes. We will always do our best to look for any item you know may be there and you would like to keep. We always keep aside any photos, birth certificates, death certificates, id etc. You can choose to keep them or throw them away on completion.
